SPECIAL MEETING

BANKS TOWNSHIP HALL

APRIL 26, 2007

Present: Boss, Vollmer, Olach, M. Peters, BJ Peters

Absent: Campbell J. Skeel.

Others: Jarroll Drenth and Donna Heeres.

Meeting called to order at 4:35 p.m.

Jerroll Drenth presented information on the new Village Welcome Sign to the Village Council.

1. Motion by Olach/BJ Peters to have Jerroll Drenth make six (6) Welcome sign (in the shape of a football) 8’x4’with wording to say (stop, shop and enjoy) ( Home of the Lancers) at the cost of $280.00 per sign. Total cost to be $ 1680.00. CARRIED 5-0

2. Motion by Vollmer/M. Peters to have Ellsworth River Park sign made by Jerroll Drenth at the cost of $152.00 also in the football shape size to be 2’x4’.CARRIED. 5-0

3. Motion by BJ Peters/Olach to have Wooden Shoe Park sign made by Jerroll Drenth (in the shape of wooden shoe) 2’x4’ at the cost of $152.00. CARRIED 5-0

4. Motion by Olach/BJ Peters to have 4 directional sign for the Wooden Shoe Park made by Jerroll Drenth (in the wooden shoe shape) 2’x4’ at the cost $152.00 each. Total $608.00. CARRIED 5-0

The total estimated cost for the new signage is $2744.00
