Meeting called to order by
Boss at 7:00 p.m.

Motion by Olach /B.J.
Peters to accept the February 2007 minutes as presented. CARRIED. 4-0
Public Input:
Elmer Crain: Wants to start a water bottling plant at the old
Canning Factory site. Mr. Crain was informed that the land in question is an
old EPA clean up site and also is the site of the Ellsworth Community Park and
funds for the park have been appropriated for the park by the DNR. Also the District Health Dept. will not
allow well drilling in the Village. Mr. Crain will receive a letter form the
village addressing this matter.
Bob Worgess/Ken Groesser: Bob Worgess will resolve the parking problem by
keeping his cars in front of his home and not to cross over the property line
between the curb and the sidewalk.

Discussion:
a. Wooden
Shoe Park: The park is to open on
May 15th. Ed and Kris
Green will remain the park attendants.
b. Jessica Marsh resigned as Zoning
Administrator. Banks Township is doing interviews.
c. Jerry Rasmussen: Question on rubbish on rental properties (who to send the complaint to). The complaint will be sent to the land owner and to the tenant.
d. The Council was presented a proposel by Jerroll Drenth to replace the Welcome to Ellsworth signs and add 3 more, a sign for Ellsworth River Park, replace the Wooden Shoe Park sign, and place 2 directional signs to Wooden Shoe Park in the Village.
