Motion by Ruis/Skeel to
approve the November 2005 minutes as presented. CARRIED. 4 -0

DPW:
Police: Office Daunter informed council that Officer Muladore
resigned and ask to hire Brian
Lagrandeur to replace Office Muladore.
2. Motion by Olach/Ruis to accept the resignation of Office
Muladore approve the hiring of
Brian Lagrandeur as a new Village Office. CARRIED.
3. Motion by Skeel/Ruis to purchase new uniform for Officer
Brian Lagrandeur. Carried.

Finance Committee: Budget meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday,
January 10, 2006 at the Banks Township Hall.

Tim Roache: Gave information on the replacement of the water
main on Main Street from Lincoln Street south to the Village limits.
Martin Graf: Gave information on the new Main Street reconstruction
project design.

4. Motion by Ruis/Skeel to approve the budget amendment as
follows
Increase 101-000-58150 Arts & Cultures Grant/General Fund $1000 from 0 to $1000, Increase 101-755-9760 Other Expenses/General Fund $1000 from 0 to $1000.
Increase 101-000-66850 from $0 to $2600 CSB Rental/ General Fund fro $0 to $2600 and Increase 101-265-9300 Repairs and Maintenance/ Building and Grounds from $2600 from $15,000 to $17,600.
Increase 101-000-6750 Contributions/other sources/ General Fund $2600 from $0-$2600 and Increase 101-265-9700 Capital Outlay/Building & grounds $2600 from $42,000 to $45,600.
Increase 202-000-4000 Fund Balance/Major Street $12,445 from $30,000 to $42,445 to reflect the 2005 Audit
Decrease 202-000-40000 Fund Balance/Major St $30,000 from $42.445 to $12,445 and Increase 202-450-80100 $30,000 from $0 to $30,000.
Increase 2003-000-4000 Fund Balance/Local Street $3295 from $2500 to $5795 to reflect the 2005 Audit.
