Meeting called to order by Campbell at 7:00 a.m.

1. Motion by Olach/Vollmer to approve the November 2007 minutes as presented. CARRIED. 6-0

Planning Commission:

Finance Committee: Budget meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 16, 2008 at the Banks Township Hall.

Recreation Report: No Report

Discussion Items:

Martin Graf from Gosling Czubek brought season greetings and presented a box of chocolates to the council.

Wooded Shoe Holiday Fest is December 12^th 2007 at the Banks Township Hall.

John Rowe and Kelly Drake: from UP Engineers and Architects Inc. presented a slide show on the Recreation Trail Plan and what makes a successful trail, and also gave the board a progress report on the Ellsworth Community Park Project

Action Items:

2. Motion by Olach/Skeel to charge .25 per copy of Village documents including copies for FOIA.

3. Motion by Rasmussen/Skeel to pay the bills. CARRIED. 6-0

4. Motion by Olach/Vollmer to adjourn. CARRIED. 8:40 PM.
