St and the approval of placing a Communication Tower by the Water Tower.

Streets: Circle Drive is
being paved.
DPW: Discussed extending water service to the last lot south on Main St.
Planning Commission: NTR
Finance Commission: Campbell reviewed the 2004-2005 audit with the
council.
Parks and Recreation: NTR

Motion by Olach/Boss to approve the Village President and the Village Clerk to
sign the option/lease with White Pine Communication Tower Co. to place a mono
tower on Village property: Olach

Motion by
Olach/Rasmussen to do prepay propane from the Ellsworth Farmers Exchange at a
cost of $
1.31per gallon at a total cost of $ 3,144.00. Carried 5-0.

bids on the old police car; Motion
by Peters/Olach to accept the bid
of $ 529.00 from Mac Hersha.

to approve the Public Health Clean Indoor Air Regulation . Carried 5-0.
