Public hearing was called to
order by Campbell at 7:00p.m.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide
details regarding the vacating of the southern 33 feet portion of Harrison
Street ROW that is located along lot 36 (45.4 feet ML) according to Plat of the
Village of Ellsworth and to receive public input and comments
Tony Hardy had a question on
where this property was in regards to his property and a short discussion
followed.
Motion by Ruis/Boss to close
the Public Hearing. CARRIED 7:15 p.m.
