Meeting called to order by Campbell at 7:05 p.m.

1. Motion by Olach/Rasmussen to accept the May 19, 2008 Special Meeting as presented. CARRIED 6-0

2. Motion by Boss/Olach to accept the May 2008 regular meeting minutes as presented. CARRIED 6-0

B. Pig Roast: The new Pig Roast signs are up on Main Street and look very nice.

D. Community Park Update: The DNR has approved Bid Package “A” to Matt Heeres Excavating.

E. C48 Breezeway and Task Force Update

F. Farmers Market starting August 2, 2008 on Center Street to the west toward Park Street and that portion of Center will be closed to traffic.

Jerry Rasmussen: There will be fire works on July 5^th on Lake Sinclair starting at dusk.

ACTION ITEMS:

2. Motion by Olach/Rasmussen to summit delinquent water bills to the county to be placed as liens on the summer tax bills ($ 2,545.55). CARRIED 6-YES/ 0 - NO.

3. Motion by Olach/Vollmer to accept the budget amendments as follows:

STREETS:

Increase Banks Township Contributions (202-000-66600) $8000 from $0 to $8000; Decrease Transfers In (202-000-69910) $8000 from $21,000 to $13,000.

GENERAL FUND:

Decrease Transfers Out (101-965-99900) $8000 from $21,000 to $13,000; Increase Sale of Assets (101-000-67300) $40,000 from $0 to $40,000. CARRIED 6-0

4. Motion by Olach/Skeel to pay the bills as presented. CARRIED.6-0

5. Motion by Skeel/Rasmussen to adjourn at 7:50 p.m.
