1. Motion by Rasmussen/Skeel to accept the August 2008 minutes as presented. CARRIED. 7-0

DPW: Repairs are complete to the water lines on Circle Dr. and Lincoln St.

Planning Commission:

Park: Park revenue for the year is down a small amount from last year.

Action Items:

2. Motion by Olach/Rasmussen to award the bid for material for Pathways in the Community Park to Drenth Brothers upon DNR approval. CARRIED.

Discussion Items:

a. Breezeway update: Meeting in the Town Hall Tuesday Sept: 9, 2008 at 5:30 p.m.

b. Pavilion will be here on or about September 27, 2008.

c. Saturday morning Farmers Market is doing well.

3. Motion by Vollmer/Skeel to pay the bills. CARRIED. 7-0
