Other: Robert Daunter and Tim Roach.
Meeting called to order by
Campbell at 7:00 a.m.

Motion by Olach/M.B.
Drenth to approve the November 2009 minutes as presented. CARRIED. 6-0

DPW: N/A
Police:
2. Motion by Olach/Stewart to have four new tires put on the
Village Police car by the Ellsworth Farmers Exchange at the cost of $83.00 per
tire. CARRIED 5-1
3. Motion by Olach/Stewart to approve Officer John Morris
as the replacement for Officer Trisha Pratt as a part time village police
officer. CARRIED 5-1
Streets:
Planning Commission: Council
received copies of a resolution to
change membership of the Planning Commission from 7 to 5 members from Village Attorney
Bryan Graham. Council to act
on this resolution at the January 11, 2010 meeting.
Finance Committee: The annual budget meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday,
January 12, 2010 at Banks Township Hall.
Recreation Report: No
Report
Discussion Items:
a. Wooden Shoe Holiday Fest went well and the Christmas
Tree is light.
b. The Green Races are showing a lot of interest and
a date of August 28th (Weekend
before Labor
Day) 2010 has been tentatively set.
c. Skyway Tower Communication will be adding a new client
to the communication tower.
Action Items
Budget Amendments were tabled until the January 2010 Council
meeting.
4. Motion by Olach/Boss to have Village President
sign the Trail Permit Easement with the Jordan Valley Trails Council Snowmobile
Trail. CARRIED 6-0
5. Motion by Olach/Rasmussen to pay the bills as presented. CARRIED 6-0
6. Motion by Rasmussen/M.B. Drenth to adjourn at 7:35 p.m.
