Action Items:
2. Motion by Rasmussen/Olach
to accept the 2009-10 budget for the Village of Ellsworth as
presented by the Finance Committee. CARRIED

3. Motion by Olach/Rasmussen to replace
the garage door on south garage building by Garage Door Services at the cost of
$ 4,192.00 Carried 5-0
Discussion:
a. Allen updated the council on the
Community Park
b. The firework are still a go and is
set for July 3rd 2009
4. Motion by
Rasmussen/Olach to pay the bills as presented. CARRIED 5-0
5. Motion by Rasmussen to adjourn at 8:40
p.m.
