REGULAR MEETING

MARCH 9, 2009

Present: Olach, Rasmussen, Vollmer, M. Drenth and Boss. Absent: Campbell, Seese, and Skeel

Others: Robert Daunter, Dan Bean and Linda Gallagher from the Antrim Review.

Meeting called to order by President Pro Tem Boss at 7:00 p.m.

1 Motion by Rasmussen/Olach to accept the February 2009 minutes as presented. CARRIED. 4-0

Department Reports:

Police: Safety Vest for the Police department has been are in the police car.

Antrim County Sheriff, Dan Bean updated the Council on new changes in the Antrim County Sheriff’s Department and also proposed a police sub station in the Village of Ellsworth.

Action Items:

2 Motion by Olach/Rasmussen to approve up to $400 for Advertiser Antrim County (split with Banks Township) Carried 4-0

3. Motion by Vollmer/Rasmussen to approve $500 for Village’s share of new copier. Carried 4-0

4. Motion by Olach/Vollmer to accept Jeff Skeel’s letter of resignation. Carried 4-0

5. Motion by Rasmussen/Olach to accept Eric Seese’s letter of resignation. Carried. 4-0

6. Motion by Olach/Vollmer to pay the Bills. Carried 4-0
