Randall, Jack Tornga, Jerry Tornga, Tom VanStedum and Debbi Reynolds
Village President opened the public hearing on
Ellsworth Farmers Exchange request to purchase .404 acres from the village
located in the former C&O Railroad right-of-way immediately adjacent to
their south property line on Lake Street.
Comments were made by Debbie Reynolds, Rosalie Slagle, Tim Underwood, Bill Randall, Jack Tornga, Jerry Tornga
and Tom VanStedum and the Village Council all comments OK with the sale except
Debbie Reynolds.
Campbell closed the meeting at
7:20 p.m.

Budget amendments:
Motion
by Olach/Boss to accept the 2009/2010 budget amendments as presented. CARRIED See

4. Sale of Property to Ellsworth Farmers
Exchange: Motion by Vollmer/Rasmussen to accept the
$4000.00 offer from the Ellsworth Farmers Exchange for .404 acres located in the former C&O
Railroad right-of-way immediately adjacent to their south property line on Lake
Street.

absent. The Village President is to confer with Tim Underwood, manager of the
Ellsworth Farmers Exchange and Village attorney to formulate a sale agreement.
5. Tree Removal in the Village: Village
received the following estimates to remove 6 trees: Ralph Hines $2300, Al & JimÕs Tree Removal $2450, and
Kipp Drake $4800.
Motion
by Rasmussen/MB Drenth to award the bid to Ralph Hines for bid of $2300. CARRIED

Park update, all of the paper work is into the state and waiting for final
inspection.

Wooden
Shoe Fest is December 9th at the Banks Township Hall, the tree
lighting will be 6:00 p.m.

Christmas
Rope (Garland) for light poles
6. Motion by Rasmussen/Olach to pay the bills. CARRIED 5-0
7. Motion by Rasmussen/Seese to adjourn at
8:15 p.m. CARRIED.
