BUDGET HEARING

Boss opened hearing at 7:00 p.m.

The Finance Committee presented the 2010-2011 budget. A short discussion on the budget was held.

Meeting closed at 7:08 p.m.

Meeting called to order by Boss at 7:10

1. Motion by Rasmussen/ Olach to approve the January 2010 minutes as presented. CARRIED. 4-0

Public Input: None

Department Reports:

Police: Office Daunter gave a short report on Village activity.

Streets: NA

Committee Reports:

Planning Commission: The Planning Commission has gone to a (5) five member board and are meeting on the odd numbered months and will review the changes in a year.

Finance Committee: Presented 2010-2011 Budget to Village Council

Action Items:

1. Motion by Vollmer/Olach to accept the 2010-11budget for the Village of Ellsworth as

presented by the Finance Committee. CARRIED 4-0

Discussion:

a. Community Park: Waiting for the final payment.

b. Green Races: Nothing to report

3. Motion by Rasmussen/Olach to appoint Tex Drenth as the summer Recreation Director. CARRIED. 4-0

4. Motion by Rasmussen/Olach to pay the bills as presented. CARRIED 4-0

5. Motion by Rasmussen to adjourn at 7:25 p.m.
