   Meeting called to order by Campbell at 7:00 p.m.

 

1.  Motion by Rasmussen/Stewart to accept the June 2010 minutes as presented. CARRIED.7-0

2.  Motion by Rasmussen/Boss to accept the budget amendments as presented. CARRIED  7-0

Decrease Fund Balance (101-000-42100) $34,464 from $45,000 to $10,536

Increase MNRTG (101-000-58100) $24,970 from $0 to $24,970.

Increase Contribution from Other Sources (101-000-67500) $500 from $0 to $500

Increase Community Park Donations (101-000-58200) $3000 from $0 to $3000

Increase Membership & dues (101-101-95500) $253 from $600 to $853.

 

Building and Grounds

Increase Capital Outlay (101-265-97000) $9608 from $5000 to $14608 and decrease Repairs and Maintenance (101-265-93000) $9608 from $21,000 to $11,392

 

Community Park

Increase Capital Outlay (101-755-97000) $3000 from  $0 to $3000

Recreation Committee:

a.         Parks – Wooden Shoe is having good summer

Discussion:

a.        MenŐs 2010 softball tournament will be July 30 and 31.

b.   Ellsworth Community Park  NRTFG signŐs are available and are to be up no late than Sept. 1.  

c.   Ellsworth Farmers Exchange propane pre-buy to be decided on at the August meeting.

    

Action Items:

 

3.  Motion by Nickel/Rasmussen to host a Ellsworth Archery Tournament on Sept 11, 2010 to promote                the Community Park and highlight the Archery Range and Pavilion. CARRIED 7-0     

 

4.  Motion by Rasmussen/Stewart to approve the paying of the bills as presented.   CARRIED 7-0  

 

5.  Motion by Boss/Stewart to adjourn at 8:10 p.m.
