Meeting called to order by President Pro Tem Boss at 7:00 p.m.

1. Motion by Rasmussen/Stewart to accept the February 2010 minutes as presented. CARRIED. 5-0

Discussion:

The Mac Hersha Property at 9627 Lake St., Ellsworth, ID # 05-44-013-020-00

Action Items:

1 Motion by Rasmussen/Vollmer to have Charlevoix Property’s Real Estate, Gary Strange Agent, submit a purchase agreement on behave of the Village for 9627 Lake St., Ellsworth, ID # 05-44-013-020-00 to the present owner. Trustee Jerry Rasmussen, President Pro Tem Ron Boss, and Gary Strange of Charlevoix Property’s Real Estate to work on the project.

3. Motion by Rasmussen/M.B Drenth to pay the Bills. Carried 5-0

4. Motion to adjourn by Stewart. 7:45 p.m.
