Others: Robert Daunter and Dan Bean.

Meeting called to order by Campbell at 7:00 p.m.

1. Motion Vollmer/ Stewart to accept the October 2010 minutes as presented. CARRIED.

PUBLIC RESPONSE: None

DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS

a. Police: Officer Daunter gave a short police report to the council. Sheriff Dan Bean also updated the council on what was happening in the Sheriff office at the county.

2. Village Clerk, Hellen Allen swore in the incumbents to the Village council.

3. Motion by Rasmussen/Stewart to approve the Committees and Rosters for 2010-2011 as presented by the Village President. CARRIED 6-0

4. Budget amendments: None

5. Motion by Nickel/Stewart to approve the Jordan Valley Trails Council Snowmobile Trail Permit and Easement. CARRIED 6-0 See Attachment on file.

6. Motion by Rasmussen/Stewart to approve Campbell and Allen to sign the loan papers for the new leaf blower. CARRIED 6-0

DISCUSSION:

a. Wooden Shoe Holiday Fest is December 9^th at the Banks Township Hall; the tree lighting will be 6:00 p.m.

7. Motion by Rasmussen/Stewart to pay the bills. CARRIED 6-0

8. Motion by Vollmer/M.B Drenth to adjourn at 7.35 p.m. CARRIED.
